As we put this framework in place, we recognize our biggest obligation is to nurture the growth of our future elite. The MNOA is invested in preparing the next generations to lead.

Inherent to todays circumstances, we are accustomed to having to be the best in the room. We will groom our beneficiaries for the competitive nature of business and industry as we depend on them to assertively infiltrate the global market and carry our methodology of black love and black excellence forward.

The selection of youth programs offered by each chapter is dependent on communal need. If our members need daycare, we will start a

Mom Swap Co-op. If our local chapter is in a failing schoold district, we will provide tutors and develop a supplimental curriculum. If our youth do not have a safe space to play, we will create that space. And if a communal need is not being addressed, any member can put it to our agenda to be addressed by the governing committee.

If you are an educator by profession or experience we encourage you to stay actively engaged with the youth as part of your fraternal duties.
